Process & BI Manager – Inventory Management

About the role

home24 is looking for a Process & BI Manager to lead inventory management initiatives. You will combine analytical expertise with operational insight to remove bottlenecks, automate workflows and enable data‑driven decisions across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the AI Champion for the Inventory Management team, evaluating emerging technologies and promoting intelligent automation.
• Shadow daily operations to identify pain points and translate them into scalable automations.
• Design, build and maintain BI solutions, analytical tools, predictive models and AI‑driven applications.
• Partner with analytics teams to define data requirements and drive change‑management initiatives.
• Continuously improve workflows to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in business analytics, process improvement or data analysis, preferably in e‑commerce or retail.
• Proven ability to design automated workflows and improve operational processes.
• Advanced SQL knowledge and intermediate experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools.
• Practical understanding of modern AI tools, prompt engineering and automation frameworks.
• German language skills at B2 level or higher are a plus.
