Product Designer – AI & Greentech

About the role

Are you passionate about AI and renewable energy? Do you thrive in fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environments? This full‑time, on‑site position in Berlin offers the chance to shape our AI‑powered operating system for renewable installers.

Key responsibilities

• Design the AI‑powered OS: shape the interface and experience used worldwide by installers.
• Design with a product lens: understand why features matter, balancing user needs and business impact.
• Set the UX/UI bar: maintain high‑quality, intuitive, accessible, and delightful designs across all product surfaces.
• Redesign and reinvent: improve existing flows and create new ones, prototyping and iterating quickly.
• Challenge and collaborate: push back on ideas that don’t meet standards and work closely with product and engineering to raise UX quality.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product thinking, from discovery to execution.
• 2+ years of experience as a product/UX designer, preferably in a startup or product‑driven environment.
• Strong product sense and comfort with ambiguity; ability to make trade‑offs that balance user and business impact.
• Growth and UX understanding: experience with digital funnels, onboarding, conversion, and using quantitative and qualitative data to improve adoption.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to speed up concepting and prototyping.
• Clear communicator who can translate requirements for developers and product teams.
