Product Manager – Localization & Navigation

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the roadmap for localization and navigation capabilities in our autonomous systems. You will translate complex technical challenges into clear product plans that guide engineering toward reliable, GPS‑independent positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for localization and navigation.
• Convert platform requirements and operational needs into prioritized technical specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to balance ambition, feasibility, risk and timelines.
• Establish and monitor success metrics such as accuracy, robustness, drift and time‑to‑reacquisition.
• Run the prioritization process, gathering input from engineering, systems and field stakeholders.
• Present roadmap updates, trade‑offs and risks to the Head of Product and cross‑functional leaders.
• Maintain awareness of technical constraints and emerging GNSS‑independent approaches.
• Produce clear product requirement documents, acceptance criteria and release narratives.
• Track competitive and technological developments relevant to navigation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of technically complex roadmaps.
• Strong technical fluency in localization, state estimation or autonomy software, gained through close work with engineering teams.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous, dense problems into clear product requirements and prioritized plans.
• Experience working with GNC, perception or autonomy engineering to ship complex capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with senior leadership.
