Product Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the full lifecycle of our cutting‑edge robotics products, from concept through field deployment across more than 50 production sites. This high‑ownership role sits at the intersection of AI, robotics hardware, and industrial operations, translating complex field data into autonomous solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product roadmap across hardware, software, AI, and reliability, balancing commercial goals with technical constraints.
• Define training‑data strategies, model evaluation criteria, and deployment thresholds in collaboration with the R&D team.
• Gather operator insights on‑site, turn edge cases into structured requirements, and maintain capability specs, performance SLAs, and integration needs.
• Run a customer‑driven backlog, sequence work with engineering leads, unblock dependencies, and track KPIs such as uptime and pick‑success rate.
• Act as the product voice in pre‑sales conversations and create collateral to support the commercial team.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years on robotics systems, with a proven record of shipping complex technical products.
• High agency, able to define paths, push back on commercial demands, and align leadership quickly.

Required skills

• Familiarity with robot software stacks such as ROS2 and Zenoh.
• Experience with motion planning, control, and perception pipelines.
• Ability to engage with AI/ML teams on model evaluation and deployment criteria.
• Understanding of hardware‑software co‑design trade‑offs.
