Product Manager – Mobile & Web Apps (E‑commerce)

About the role

JD.com is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and optimisation of its mobile and web e‑commerce applications across European markets. You will own the end‑to‑end user journey, turning insights into product enhancements that drive acquisition, engagement and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and improve opportunities throughout the mobile app user journey, including acquisition, search, recommendations, promotions, product details, guided shopping, payment options and reviews.
• Define customer lifecycle segments, set performance metrics and establish a structured approach to product performance tracking.
• Manage product roadmaps and launch milestones, integrating user insights, market trends and data analytics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape and implement app strategies that align with business goals and global market requirements.
• Support business initiatives by providing user‑centric and machine‑learning‑enabled decision frameworks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience for mobile and web apps in the e‑commerce sector, focused on European countries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Product Management, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities to work across diverse teams.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
