Product Specialist – DACH (AI & Greentech)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Product Specialist to support our B2B customers in the German renewable energy market. The role is full‑time, on‑site in Augsburg or Berlin and requires C2 level German proficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for solar installers and utilities across the DACH region.
• Resolve technical issues from day one after contract signing and guide customers on our system, solar and heat‑pump solutions.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to the development team to improve the software.
• Enhance day‑to‑day customer experience via calls and support chat.
• Identify technical bottlenecks and work with engineering to refine solutions.
• Plan and execute projects that drive Reonic’s growth and innovation.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B customer service or success with direct customer interaction.
• Technical background such as industrial engineering.
• Previous experience in a start‑up environment.
• Strong motivation to advance renewable energy and make a positive impact.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
