Production Manager – Food Production Operations

About the role

GOOD BANK is an innovative food brand that creates ready‑to‑eat bowls and snacks from hydroponically grown vegetables and herbs. As the company expands rapidly across Germany, we are looking for a Production Manager to lead our certified production facility and drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead IFS Global Markets Food‑certified production operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Oversee quality assurance and control, maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements in close collaboration with the internal Quality Management team.
• Work closely with management, sales and other departments to meet production targets and support the company’s expansion plans.
• Supervise, coach and develop an expanding production team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Identify and implement process optimisations and innovative solutions to increase efficiency and scalability.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or the food industry.
• Track record of managing high‑growth business models and production processes.
• Strong team‑management and development skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and composure under pressure.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with fluency in English; German is a plus.
