Production Manager

About the role

MM Flowers is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead its high‑performing production operations in Euskirchen. You will own the end‑to‑end manufacturing process, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency across all production lines, including the Terra lines.

Key responsibilities

• Drive production performance against KPIs such as efficiency, quality and waste reduction.
• Lead, coach and develop Section Managers and production teams.
• Maintain smooth operation of production lines with minimal downtime.
• Champion health, safety, GMP and other regulatory standards.
• Implement lean practices and continuous‑improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S).
• Collaborate with Engineering, Technical and other departments on operational changes.
• Support new product introductions and process adaptations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Production Manager in FMCG, manufacturing, horticulture, agriculture or flower sectors.
• Demonstrated leadership of large, multi‑level teams.
• Strong understanding of automated production environments.
• Solid knowledge of health, safety and quality standards.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organisational and analytical abilities.
