Production Operator

About the role

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our mid-sized, owner‑managed chemical contract manufacturing organisation that serves the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors in Germany. The role is hands‑on and involves supporting daily manufacturing operations on a shift basis.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare production lines and set up filling equipment for upcoming batches.
• Operate and monitor production machinery and control systems throughout the shift.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and batch records.
• Package finished products according to quality standards.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas to ensure a safe, regulated environment.

Required profile

• Initial experience in a production or manufacturing setting, preferably in chemical or pharmaceutical environments.
• Willingness to work shift patterns, including weekends when required.
• Good spoken German language skills.
• Reliable, hands‑on, and team‑oriented work style.
