Production, Procurement & Inventory Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented coordinator to support production, procurement and inventory management processes within our European operations. You will work closely with finance, supply chain and external partners to ensure data accuracy and smooth operational flow.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate recording and reconciliation of production and inventory data in SAP.
• Support monthly closing, stock‑taking and cost‑related processes.
• Check invoices and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in providing data accuracy for reporting, controlling and compliance.

Required profile

• Background in business, supply chain or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in a similar operational or administrative role.
• Structured, detail‑oriented and reliable working style.
• Fluent in English and German.

Required skills

• Good SAP R3 skills.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel.
