Production Technician - Quantum Technologies

About the Position

Join kiutra, a high-growth deep-tech pioneer specializing in quantum technologies and magnetic cooling solutions. We are looking for a dedicated Production Employee to join our Munich-based team and play a key role in assembling our cutting-edge hardware.

Main Missions

• Assemble core components and cryostats following precise technical documentation.
• Perform high-precision mechanical and electrical assembly tasks.
• Operate and manage specialized production software and tools.
• Collaborate with managers to continuously improve production documentation and processes.
• Identify, report, and troubleshoot technical or organizational issues.
• Provide essential support to the Purchasing and Test & Quality Control teams.

Profile Required

• Successfully completed training as a Precision Mechanic, Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or a similar technical field.
• Proven professional experience in technical assembly or high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong sense of autonomy and responsibility.
• Rigorous, detail-oriented, and quality-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
