Production Worker – Aircraft Structural Components

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Production Worker to join our defence manufacturing site in Weeze. You will contribute to the production and repair of aircraft structural components, mainly fuselage parts, following strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned work instructions in the manufacturing process for aircraft structural components.
• Perform repairs on fuselage parts according to detailed work orders.
• Document all performed work accurately and timely.
• Maintain close communication with the team leader and production manager.
• Participate in the internal reporting system to ensure traceability.

Required profile

• Completed technical training (e.g., vocational school or apprenticeship).
• Relevant experience in production environments.
• Good manual dexterity and physical fitness.
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to shift schedules.
• Capability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Fluency in spoken and written German or English.
• Willingness to undergo a SÜ2 security clearance.
