Production Worker – Aircraft Structural Components

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Production Worker to join our defence manufacturing site in Weeze. You will be part of a team that produces and repairs aircraft structural components, primarily fuselage parts, following detailed work instructions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned work instructions for the manufacturing of aircraft structural components.
• Perform repairs on aircraft parts in accordance with technical specifications.
• Document all performed work accurately.
• Maintain close communication with the team leader and production manager.
• Participate in the reporting system and adhere to shift schedules.

Required profile

• Completed technical training.
• Experience in production environments.
• Good manual dexterity and physical fitness.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow safety guidelines.
• Capability to read technical drawings.
• Fluency in spoken and written German or English.
• Willingness to work shifts and obtain a SÜ2 security clearance.
