Production Worker – Aircraft Structural Components

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Production Worker to join our defence manufacturing site in Weeze. You will be part of a team that builds and repairs aircraft structural components, primarily fuselage parts, following strict aerospace standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned work instructions for the manufacturing of aircraft structural components.
• Perform repairs on fuselage parts according to detailed work orders.
• Document all performed work accurately and maintain traceability.
• Communicate closely with the team leader and production manager to ensure smooth workflow.
• Participate in the reporting system and adhere to shift schedules.

Required profile

• Completed technical training (e.g., vocational school or equivalent).
• Experience in a production environment, preferably in aerospace or related industries.
• Good manual dexterity and physical fitness to handle demanding tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Fluency in spoken and written German or English.
• Willingness to work shifts and obtain a SÜ2 security clearance.
