Production Worker – Aircraft Structural Components

About the role

We are looking for a Production Worker to join our defence manufacturing site in Weeze. You will work on the production and repair of aircraft structural components, primarily fuselage parts, following detailed work instructions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned work instructions in the manufacturing process for aircraft structural components (fuselage).
• Perform repairs on aircraft structural components according to the same instructions.
• Document all work performed accurately.
• Maintain close communication with the team leader and production manager.
• Participate in the reporting system to ensure traceability and quality.

Required profile

• Completed technical training.
• Experience in production environments.
• Good manual dexterity and physical fitness.
• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Fluency in spoken and written German or English.
• Willingness to undergo a SÜ2 security clearance.

Required skills

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
