Production worker – manufacturing (m/f/d)

About the role

You will join the Würth Elektronik Midcom team in Munich to optimise production processes for custom magnetic components. Working in a high‑tech laboratory, you will apply your knowledge of transformer manufacturing and measurement techniques to ensure smooth, efficient production.

Key responsibilities

• Produce low‑power transformers (<400 W) and perform electrical and mechanical parameter measurements.
• Develop solutions to manufacturing problems during the design phase.
• Support development engineers in realising transformers for production.
• Complete sample reports and maintain technical documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements for consistent production quality.

Required profile

• Completed training as an electronics/electrical technician or comparable qualification.
• Experience in measurement technology, mechanics and basic electronic components is desirable.
• Familiarity with testing specifications of transformers and inductors.
• Business‑fluent English; German language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to recognise and eliminate errors and process problems.
