Project Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Assistant to support the end‑to‑end processing of customer orders and subcontractor services. You will act as a central point of contact, ensuring transparent reporting and timely fault resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders and offers from initiation to completion, maintaining comprehensive documentation.
• Create and maintain a reporting system that provides visibility on ongoing projects and services.
• Track customer orders and subcontractor activities, monitoring schedules and quality standards.
• Prioritise and handle incoming messages via the customer fault‑reporting portal.
• Coordinate rapid fault rectification measures with relevant parties.
• File and maintain order documentation in the customer system for traceable processes.

Required profile

• Completed commercial training, preferably with a focus on service or administration.
• Initial professional experience in a similar role, ideally in service, order processing or administration.
• Independent, goal‑oriented and proactive work style with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
