Project Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Assistant to support the end‑to‑end processing of customer orders and subcontractor services. You will act as a central point of contact, ensuring transparency, timely fault resolution, and accurate documentation throughout each project.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders and offers from initiation to completion, creating comprehensive reporting for project transparency.
• Track customer orders and subcontractor services, monitoring schedules and quality standards.
• Prioritise and manage incoming messages via the fault‑reporting portal, coordinating rapid corrective actions.
• Maintain complete and traceable order documentation within the customer system.

Required profile

• Completed commercial training, preferably with a focus on service or administration.
• Initial professional experience in a similar role, ideally in service, order processing, or administration.
• Independent, goal‑oriented, and proactive work style with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
