Project Coordinator – Technical & Commercial Projects

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support tenders, feasibility studies, and the execution of technical and commercial projects in the aeronautical sector. You will act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring projects meet quality, schedule, and financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Support tenders and feasibility studies with cost and time estimates.
• Coordinate and manage projects to achieve quality, schedule, and budget goals.
• Serve as the primary interface for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing project team members.
• Ensure team qualifications, training, and resource availability.
• Maintain full compliance with Quality, Safety & Environment (QSE) standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautics or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in technical and commercial project management.
• Experience in the aeronautical sector, preferably with knowledge of “Outstanding Works”.
• Strong understanding of aeronautical standards and processes.
• Confident communicator with leadership qualities and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Suite).
