Project Engineer – Industrial Performance & Digital Tools

About the role

Tata Technologies is seeking a Project Engineer to support industrial performance and digital tool deployment on the Final Assembly Line (FAL) at its Hamburg site. The role focuses on data readiness, tool validation, and seamless integration of new digital solutions within a fast‑paced production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, structure, validate, and prepare operational datasets for tool integration and performance analysis.
• Execute structured test plans, validate tool behaviour, identify defects, and support corrective actions.
• Support rollout of new digital tools, including user support, training coordination, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with FAL Hamburg stakeholders to align digital initiatives with local processes and operational constraints.
• Provide clear, structured communication to internal customers and manage demanding stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Process Performance Engineering perimeter.

Required profile

• Professional proficiency in German.
• Solid experience in engineering, industrial performance, or production support roles.
• Proven background as a Process Performance Engineer.
• Strong understanding of FAL Hamburg ways of working, including operational rhythms and governance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
