Project Manager – Aerospace Industrial Automation

About the role

Tata Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross‑functional industrial and automation projects for its aerospace customer base in Augsburg. The role combines strong leadership with structured project governance to ensure delivery aligns with Airbus standards and industrial requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring compliance with Airbus and industrial standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders across the customer organisation.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and reporting.
• Oversee activities related to industrial automation and control systems, guaranteeing technical feasibility and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate effectively with German‑speaking stakeholders and provide clear project updates.
• Monitor project performance, budget, and milestones, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational‑excellence standards.

Required profile

• Professional proficiency in German.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace processes and governance.
• Proven experience in industrial automation and control systems.
• Excellent project‑management capabilities, including planning, risk management, stakeholder handling, and reporting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, highly structured industrial environment.
