Project Manager – Building Services Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within the building services engineering sector. The role involves developing technical concepts, reviewing plans and tender documents, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate building services projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and review technical concepts, plans and tender documentation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and overall progress.
• Collaborate with architects, specialist planners, subcontractors and clients.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Support bid preparation and cost calculations.

Required profile

• Completed degree or master craftsman qualification in building services or electrical engineering.
• Minimum two years of project management experience in building services plant construction.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑trade projects.
• Strong negotiation, teamwork and communication skills.
• Independent work style with excellent communication.
• Familiarity with CAD software and project management tools is advantageous.
