Project Manager – Building Services Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within the building services engineering sector. The role involves developing technical concepts, managing timelines and budgets, and collaborating with architects, planners, subcontractors and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate building services engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and review technical concepts, plans, and tender documents.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and overall progress.
• Collaborate with architects, specialist planners, subcontractors and clients.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Support bid preparation and cost calculations.

Required profile

• Completed degree or master craftsman qualification in building services or electrical engineering.
• Minimum two years of project management experience in building services plant construction.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑trade projects.
• Strong negotiation and teamwork capabilities.
• Independent work style with excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CAD software.
• Experience using project management tools.
