Project Manager – Closed‑Cavity Façade Projects

About the role

Hydro Extrusions is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex closed‑cavity façade projects across national and international markets. You will own the full project lifecycle, from client engagement and concept development to detailed engineering and on‑site execution, working within a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Drive acquisition, planning, development, and implementation of façade projects.
• Provide project management and technical support for solar shading, dry‑air systems, building physics, and structural design.
• Design, plan, and execute tests and system validations, improving testing methods.
• Collaborate with internal experts, external partners, and suppliers throughout the project.
• Contribute to the continuous development and optimisation of the closed‑cavity façade system and new façade concepts.

Required profile

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field.
• Structured, solution‑oriented working style with strong team spirit.
• Interest in international projects and willingness to travel.
• High self‑motivation and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CAD applications.
