Project Manager – Complex National & International Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead complex national and international projects within our Project Management Office (PMO). You will help integrate and further develop project control processes while driving project acquisition and tender management across borders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale, interdisciplinary projects at national and international level.
• Support the integration and continuous improvement of project control systems.
• Manage project acquisition activities and oversee tender processes.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives within the organization.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering, Geotechnics, Mining or related field).
• Several years of professional experience in construction, mining or a similar sector.
• Proven track record of leading interdisciplinary, large‑scale projects.
• Strong communication skills in English and a collaborative, customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using MS Project.
• Familiarity with Arriba or comparable project management applications.
