Project Manager – Construction (Freelance, Dresden)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a mission‑critical construction project in Dresden on a freelance basis. The role lasts approximately 12 months and involves direct on‑site coordination to keep the project on schedule and within quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of the assigned work package on site.
• Keep the project on programme by coordinating contractors and site teams.
• Collaborate with the wider project team to achieve key milestones.
• Monitor progress, quality, health & safety, and report status.
• Identify and flag issues early to mitigate risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on construction, infrastructure, industrial or fit‑out projects.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple contractors and teams on an active site.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, hands‑on approach.
• Based in Dresden or able to work on‑site in Dresden.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
