Project Manager - Construction

About the role

You will lead the planning, execution and hand‑over of CAPEX measures, tenant improvements and building renovations for a major real‑estate owner in Germany. The role combines project control, coordination of internal and external teams and direct contact with customers to ensure high‑quality, on‑time and cost‑effective delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning to hand‑over, including schedule, budget and quality control.
• Coordinate internal planning teams and external partners, monitoring deadlines and progress.
• Review project plans, control invoices and oversee construction site activities.
• Ensure compliance with German construction regulations and standards.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, addressing their needs and maintaining strong relationships.

Required profile

• Degree in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
• Several years of experience as a project manager in the German construction industry.
• Strong commitment, entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Fluent German (minimum C1) and good English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
