Project Manager – Construction & Real Estate

About the role

THOST is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead challenging mobility and energy projects within the construction and real‑estate sectors. You will coordinate planning processes, manage contracts and risks, and act as the main interface between clients, investors and end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, control and monitor complex construction, mobility and energy projects.
• Organise and structure planning processes while ensuring cost, deadline and quality targets are met.
• Manage contracts and risk assessments for large‑scale construction initiatives.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among clients, investors and users.
• Oversee overall project organisation and coordination across international sites.

Required profile

• Completed technical studies in engineering, architecture or commerce.
• First professional experience in international projects; familiarity with HOAI and VOB is a plus.
• Analytical thinking, strong planning and organisational abilities, and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in French, English and German for business contexts.
• Willingness to travel and relocate nationally and internationally.
