Project Manager – Data Centre Project in Frankfurt

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a critical data centre infrastructure in Frankfurt, Germany. You will coordinate engineering teams, contractors and specialist suppliers to ensure the project is completed safely, efficiently and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day project delivery, coordinating engineers, contractors and specialist teams.
• Lead and participate in Pre‑liminary (Prelim) and Green Tag meetings throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate commissioning activities and ensure readiness for key milestones.
• Handle permits, approvals and all required project documentation.
• Track progress, risks, issues and deliverables, providing regular updates.
• Support planning and sequencing of engineering works.
• Ensure engineering teams have the resources, information and access needed to work efficiently.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Review technical documentation, schedules, method statements and commissioning plans.
• Drive quality, safety and compliance across the project.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on data centre, MEP, HVAC, electrical or other critical infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing engineering teams and specialist subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of project coordination, permits and site processes.
• Experience attending commissioning meetings, including Prelim and Green Tag reviews.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced construction environment.
• Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of project documentation and reporting processes.
