Project Manager – Events & Experiences

About the role

As a Project Manager in the Fever Originals team, you will shape unique live‑entertainment experiences by turning data‑driven insights into memorable events. Based in Berlin, you will work closely with a Regional Lead and cross‑functional teams to bring concepts from idea to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and manage Fever Originals experiences from concept through execution.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, sourcing venues, partners and collaborators.
• Lead venue sourcing, contract negotiations and secure optimal terms.
• Ensure financial and operational feasibility of events through analysis and planning.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance and other internal teams to deliver events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with venues, partners and industry stakeholders.

Required profile

• Hands‑on mindset with strong commercial instincts.
• Data‑driven approach and ability to translate market insights into action.
• Excellent relationship‑building and networking skills within the local entertainment ecosystem.
• Experience managing projects or events from start to finish.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
