Project Manager – Industrial Projects (Saarbrücken)

About the role

Actemium, the industrial brand of VINCI Energies, is seeking a Project Manager to lead industrial projects in Saarbrücken, Germany. The role focuses on delivering automotive‑related projects for customers such as Audi, ensuring technical excellence, financial control and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end industrial projects, guaranteeing scope, schedule, cost and quality targets.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, lead project meetings and report progress to local management.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors, and monitor project performance.
• Provide technical support to the local organization when required.
• Contribute to technical activities such as preparing/modifying proposals, basic design or drawing tasks using AutoCAD, and on‑site visits for meetings or minor adjustments.

Required profile

• Technical background in engineering, mechanics, automation or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in an industrial environment.
• Fluent German; English is an advantage.
• Proactive, adaptable, hands‑on attitude with the ability to work autonomously in a small, agile team.

Required skills

• Project management tools (MS Project or equivalent).
• Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• AutoCAD knowledge.
