Project Manager – Industrial Projects (Saarbrücken)

About the role

Actemium, the industrial brand of VINCI Energies, is looking for a Project Manager to lead and deliver industrial projects in the Saarbrücken region. The role focuses on the automotive sector, supporting current and upcoming projects while offering strong professional development within a technical, close‑knit team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage industrial projects from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, schedule, cost and quality targets are met.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, leading project meetings and reporting progress to local management.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project performance, prepare status reports and provide technical support when required.
• Assist with technical activities such as preparing/modifying proposals, basic design tasks in AutoCAD, and on‑site visits for meetings or minor adjustments.

Required profile

• Technical background in engineering, mechanics, automation or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in an industrial environment; automotive experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fluent German; English is an advantage.
• Proactive, adaptable, hands‑on attitude with the ability to work autonomously in a small, agile organization.

Required skills

• Project management tools (MS Project or equivalent).
• Strong proficiency in Excel and the MS Office suite.
• AutoCAD knowledge (highly valued).
