Project Manager – Industrialisation Programme

About the role

The Project Manager will sit at the centre of a cross‑functional industrialisation programme, coordinating engineering, supply chain and manufacturing activities from development through to product launch. You will drive end‑to‑end deliverables, ensure alignment across technical and operational stakeholders, and support the programme’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead industrialisation and supply‑chain deliverables across development, ramp‑up and launch phases.
• Own project scope, timeline, cost, quality and risk management.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Industrial Engineering, Procurement, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, Continuous Improvement and EHS.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with clear dependencies and milestones.
• Identify, manage and mitigate risks, issues and escalations.
• Prepare management reporting and steering‑committee materials.
• Lead core‑team meetings and governance forums to ensure decision‑making and alignment.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field (preferred).
• Several years of project‑management experience in new‑product development or industrialisation.
• Proven leadership of cross‑functional teams, preferably in automotive, automation, robotics, machinery or electromechanical systems.
• Experience with design, verification & validation, qualification and ramp‑up phases.
• Fluent German and at least B2 level English.
• Structured, methodical approach with strong decision‑making ability.
