Project Manager – Innovative MEMS Sensors

About the role

As a MEMS Chip Project Manager you will lead a multidisciplinary team developing an innovative next‑generation MEMS chip. The role covers MEMS design, technology, layout, wafer‑level testing, manufacturing and quality, as well as interfaces to system, ASIC, package and final test development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the SE team covering MEMS design, technology, layout, wafer‑level testing, manufacturing and quality.
• Manage interfaces to system, ASIC, package and final‑test development.
• Plan and monitor the project schedule, identify inter‑dependencies, determine the critical path and set milestones.
• Conduct systematic risk management to enable fast time‑to‑market with technical maturity.
• Track project status, quality, budget, production costs and schedule and report regularly to stakeholders and management.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in MEMS development.
• Experience in an organizational role and managing complex projects.
• Ability to manage stakeholders from different units, including internal customers.
• Confident, proactive, strong decision‑making and motivation skills.
• Full professional English proficiency; German is a plus.
• Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in physics, micro‑systems, electrical engineering or related field.
