Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead national and international projects in virtual simulation and combat training. You will be responsible for delivering complex initiatives on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while acting as the main point of contact for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality metrics.
• Coordinate internal teams, external suppliers, and partner organisations.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure long‑term business development.
• Conduct risk assessments, stakeholder analysis, and communication management.
• Translate technical requirements into contract‑compliant project deliverables.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering, computer science, natural sciences, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience leading technical projects, preferably in simulation or defence technology.
• Fluent German and business‑level English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
