Project Manager

About the role

You will lead complex national and international projects within our Project Management Office (PMO). The position involves integrating and further developing project control processes, managing project acquisition and tender activities, and actively supporting innovation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale, interdisciplinary projects across multiple countries.
• Coordinate project acquisition, tender preparation and submission.
• Develop and maintain project control tools and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
• Drive innovation processes and continuous improvement within the PMO.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering, Geotechnics, Mining or a related field).
• Several years of professional experience in construction, mining or a similar sector.
• Proven track record of leading interdisciplinary, large‑scale projects.
• Strong communication skills in English and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using MS Project.
• Familiarity with Arriba or comparable project management applications.
