Project Manager – Manufacturing & Engineering (HVAC)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex manufacturing and engineering projects in a highly technical production environment. You will work closely with sales, engineering, production, and supply‑chain teams to ensure seamless delivery of innovative HVAC and cooling solutions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full manufacturing process from project hand‑over to final delivery.
• Coordinate with Technical Sales Support to transition customer orders into production plans.
• Support international projects as part of a global delivery team.
• Communicate with key suppliers on deliveries, quality, and technical compliance.
• Work with engineering and design teams to define requirements and handle design changes.
• Provide technical oversight of HVAC components such as fans, heat exchangers, filtration systems, dampers, controls, and instrumentation.
• Allocate internal and external resources to meet project objectives.
• Monitor production schedules and resolve technical or operational challenges.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Energy, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project or production management within a technical environment.
• Experience with HVAC, cooling systems, air handling units or related building‑services technologies is a plus.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
