Project Manager – Network Planning (Hybrid, Germany)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager – Network Planning to lead the grid‑connection and commissioning of wind energy projects. You will coordinate technical activities, manage stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in full compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate grid‑connection activities for wind farms.
• Oversee projects from grid integration through commissioning.
• Collaborate with grid operators, authorities, landowners and internal teams.
• Manage tenders for medium‑voltage components and cable‑route construction services.
• Evaluate technical bids and support vendor selection.
• Coordinate electrical certification processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Improve internal project workflows and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Environmental Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in wind energy or similar technical environments.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Valid Class B driver’s licence.
• German language proficiency at C1 level.
