Project Manager – Renewable Energy Projects

About the role

Envision Energy is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of renewable energy projects, from planning through hand‑over. The role will act as the main client‑facing point of contact, overseeing programme schedules, budgets, logistics and quality assurance to ensure successful project completion.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project programme and delivery, aligning site activities with overall schedules and milestones.
• Lead regular remote meetings with Balance of Plant (BOP) teams and coordinate with the customer’s BOP contractor.
• Supervise off‑loading, handling and installation of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) equipment and verify compliance with installation manuals.
• Support commissioning activities in close collaboration with internal technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, environment and safety (HES) standards, risk escalation and quality assurance processes.
• Manage resource allocation (labour, equipment, materials) and track progress against the project plan.
• Facilitate road and route survey compliance with the Traffic Management Plan.
