Project Manager – SaaS Implementation (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead multiple SaaS customer implementation projects in a high-growth, fully remote environment based in Germany. You will own the delivery from kickoff through go-live and handover, working closely with technical, customer success and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of several customer implementation projects simultaneously, covering discovery, planning, deployment and transition.
• Keep projects aligned with scope, timeline, budget and quality standards while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Lead customer-facing meetings such as status updates, steering committees and project reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, define responsibilities, dependencies and deadlines.
• Utilise AI tools and workflow automation to streamline administration, reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor project performance, analyse data and develop forecasting processes to spot delivery challenges early.
• Handle escalations, collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems to provide visibility into project health and resource planning.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies, templates, best practices and AI-enabled workflows.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of hands-on project management experience, preferably in SaaS implementations, professional services or consulting.
• Strong grasp of core project management principles such as scope, planning, risk, change control and stakeholder communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail.
• Experience working directly with customers and senior stakeholders in implementation or delivery roles.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI).
