Project Manager – Supply Chain (6‑month temporary)

About the role
This 6‑month temporary position is part of the TI&SC Supply Chain Center of Excellence. Based in Berlin, you will help translate strategy into execution and enable a reliable, efficient, future‑ready supply chain for the Europe Operating Unit.
Key responsibilities
- Drive standardisation and adoption of S&OP planning routines to improve forecast accuracy, service levels and supply‑chain resilience.
- Provide insights and recommendations on capacity, capabilities and investments to support growth and anticipate demand.
- Define and lead the Technical Productivity & Optimization agenda with internal stakeholders to meet productivity targets.
- Lead and deliver key supply‑chain initiatives, ensuring disciplined execution, strong governance and clear value delivery.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to test, scale and embed new technologies, processes and operating models.
- Drive continuous performance improvement through data, digital solutions and performance metrics.
- Promote operational excellence by standardising and simplifying core processes and ways of working.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of supply‑chain experience, preferably with bottler exposure.
- Deep expertise in end‑to‑end supply‑chain management and a solid understanding of how it drives business outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of the Coca‑Cola system, franchise model, commercial drivers and bottler dynamics.
- Proven ability to own both content and execution, shaping solutions and ensuring sustainable implementation.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business administration or a related field.
- Willingness to travel up to 25 % as required.
