Project Manager - Supply Chain & Logistics

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end initiatives across C&A’s inbound, outbound and back‑office logistics operations. You will own projects from problem definition through to operational hand‑over, working closely with Operations, Tech Product, Process Owners, Commercial, Finance and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define project foundations, including problem statements, scope and needs.
• Set measurable objectives, success criteria and align stakeholders.
• Establish project governance, team structure and oversee execution through hyper‑care to final sign‑off.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and track performance via KPIs.
• Design and drive communication and change‑management strategies, including training and adoption.
• Validate and improve existing logistics processes in partnership with Tech Product and Process Owners.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or operations.
• Proven end‑to‑end project management ownership.
• Hands‑on experience with inbound, outbound and back‑office logistics flows.
• Strong data affinity with ability to interpret KPIs, cost analysis and performance data.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in change management.
• Understanding of logistics software such as WMS, TMS or ERP and process‑mapping techniques.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related field; project‑management certification a plus.
• Fluent English.
