Project Manager – Wind Turbine Installation

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead wind turbine installation projects for a leading renewable-energy client. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning and procurement to commissioning, while ensuring safety, schedule and budget targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute wind turbine installation projects, managing internal and external partners across all phases.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards throughout the project.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors and suppliers, handling negotiations and contract administration.
• Monitor project costing, financial control, reporting and key performance indicators.
• Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining quality-oriented processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in project management for construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in the renewable-energy sector.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities in an international environment.
• Structured, reliable and quality-focused work approach.
