Project Manager – Wind Turbine Installation

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead wind turbine installation projects, ensuring safe, on‑time and budget‑compliant delivery. The role coordinates internal teams and external partners across all project phases while maintaining strict HSE compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor wind turbine installation projects from inception to hand‑over.
• Coordinate internal departments, subcontractors and suppliers throughout design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental standards at every stage.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, subcontractors and suppliers, handling negotiations and contract management.
• Control project costs, prepare reports and track key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing construction or infrastructure projects.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities in an international environment.
• Team‑oriented, assertive, structured and quality‑focused.
