Project Manager – Wind Turbine Installation

About the role

You will lead wind turbine installation projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will act as the main liaison for clients, subcontractors and suppliers while coordinating internal and external partners throughout every project phase.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor wind turbine installation projects from inception to hand‑over.
• Guarantee compliance with all health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversee project costing, financial control, reporting and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in project management for construction or infrastructure projects.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities in an international environment.
• Collaborative yet assertive, structured, reliable and quality‑oriented.
