Property Project Manager – Acquisition, Development & Renovation

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised Property Project Manager to lead the acquisition, renovation and ongoing management of our corporate and private real‑estate portfolio. The role covers projects in Bremen as well as international locations such as Singapore, Italy and Switzerland, reporting to the Senior Manager, Development & Construction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor real‑estate projects from acquisition through design, construction and hand‑over.
• Act as the central liaison between internal teams, authorities, contractors, consultants and service providers.
• Prepare preliminary budgets, support internal approval processes and track expenditures against approved budgets.
• Organise condition assessments, compile photo and video documentation and maintain digital project records.
• Research, pre‑select and evaluate contractors, architects and suppliers; manage tendering and contract negotiations.
• Monitor contractor performance, timelines and compliance, providing feedback and ensuring quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in managing complex, multi‑site real‑estate projects.
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages such as Russian are a plus.
• Ability to work independently, travel for on‑site visits when required and adapt to different jurisdictions.
