Property Project Manager – Acquisition, Development & Renovation

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and analytical Property Project Manager to lead acquisition, renovation and property management projects for our corporate and private real estate portfolio. The role covers assets in Bremen, Germany and multiple international locations such as Singapore, Italy and Switzerland, reporting to the Senior Manager, Development & Construction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor real‑estate projects from acquisition through completion across several countries.
• Search for and negotiate with contractors, track milestones, and manage deliverables remotely or on‑site as needed.
• Act as the central liaison between the company, authorities, contractors, consultants and service providers.
• Support acquisition teams with site information, photo and video documentation.
• Prepare preliminary budgets, support internal approval processes and monitor expenditures, variations and invoices.
• Organise condition assessments, compile structured documentation and maintain digital records of property status.
• Research and pre‑select properties, architects, designers and suppliers; coordinate tendering and evaluate offers.
• Conduct market and regulatory research for each jurisdiction and provide insights on local standards and pricing.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
• Comfortable managing complex, multi‑country projects and monitoring interim results against contractual obligations.
• Experience reviewing contractor status reports and ensuring high‑quality standards.
• Willingness to conduct on‑site visits depending on project complexity.
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages such as Russian are a plus.
