PSP Financial Analyst

About the role

The PSP Financial Analyst will ensure the accuracy, efficiency and financial performance of payment operations across multiple providers. Working with large financial datasets, you will investigate discrepancies, optimise provider costs and support process improvements in a fast‑paced international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day communication with payment service providers and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Monitor account balances across multiple payment systems and maintain strong financial control.
• Analyse provider fees, exchange rates, commissions and contract conditions to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Reconcile transaction records with provider statements, investigate discrepancies and guarantee financial accuracy.
• Oversee timely processing of customer payouts and company withdrawals while resolving payment‑related issues.
• Maintain up‑to‑date payment process documentation and recommend improvements based on financial analysis.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, finance operations, payment operations, reconciliation or a related finance role.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal stakeholders and external providers.
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency for written communication.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including handling large datasets and financial reporting.
• Experience performing reconciliations, balance controls and transaction analysis.
• Familiarity with Tableau or other business intelligence tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
