Punch-Out Integration Engineer

About the role

As a Punch-Out Integration Engineer at Lio, you will build the connectivity layer that powers enterprise procurement. You will connect hundreds of suppliers to our platform by creating robust web crawlers, PunchOut integrations, and direct webshop APIs.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain supplier integrations using web crawlers, PunchOut (OCI & cXML), and direct webshop APIs.
• Reverse engineer supplier websites and APIs to create reliable integrations.
• Develop asynchronous Python services using modern networking and browser automation.
• Extract and normalize product, pricing, and availability data.
• Debug production issues and continuously improve integration reliability and performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional Python development experience.
• Strong background in web crawling, scraping, API development, or API reverse engineering.
• Solid knowledge of asyncio, httpx, HTTP, browser automation, and REST APIs.
• Proficiency with HTML, JSON, XML, MongoDB, and Pydantic.
• Excellent debugging skills and an ownership mindset.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
