Qualified Architect – Data Centre Projects (Frankfurt)

About the role

Reid Brewin Architects (RBA) is seeking a qualified architect to join its Frankfurt studio. You will work on large‑scale data centre projects across Europe, collaborating with international teams and delivering technically complex designs.

Key responsibilities

• Work independently across all project phases with minimal supervision.
• Develop concept designs and present proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Produce technical design packages that comply with local regulations, codes and standards.
• Prepare tender and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, specialist contractors and international design teams.
• Create high‑quality presentation materials for client and planning submissions.
• Identify and resolve design and technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain design quality, technical accuracy and timely delivery within budget.

Required profile

• Qualified architect with a minimum of 5 years post‑qualification experience.
• Experience delivering large‑scale data centre, high‑tech industrial or commercial buildings.
• Strong design sensibility and excellent coordination and client liaison skills.
• Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Strong knowledge of German planning legislation, building regulations and technical standards for data centres.
